Documents in Greek, Concerning Granting and Renegotiation of Loans from the Middle of the 19th Century

Abstract:

This publication presents segmented texts and translations in Bulgarian language of three Greek-language documents from Fund 963 K – Commercial House “Bratya Rusovich” – Arbanassi village. The archive is stored in State Archive - Veliko Tarnovo. The documents provide information about part of the business activity of the 19th century Arbanassi entrepreneur, Cyril Dimitrov Rusovic, and in particular about his practice of granting loans. The publication also provides information on the origin and commercial activity of Cyril Rusovic.
