Abstract:

The necessity of studying globalization and regionalization as a complex process and a general tendency in the modern development is revealed, results from the structure of the modern post-industrial society. This article presents the processes of globalization and regionalization as a university course. Globalization and regionalization are objective processes of the modern society and a necessity for the development of humanity, which requires knowledge of their nature, development, functions, features, characteristics, dimensions, tendencies and problems. The university course is proposed from the position of geographic and spatial structure and priorities in the development of the world economy.
