Abstract:

This article reveals a view of administrative justice in Russia and in particular, positive administrative justice. In the article is made a compression between some of the institutes and the principles, introduced by the Russian Code of Administrative Procedure and similar ones, contained in the Bulgarian Code of Administrative Procedure. There is also a brief overview of administrative justice in Germany, France and Great Britain.
