Endurance, as a key component determining the level of physical fitness of students, is the subject of constant research interest on the part of educational specialists. In Physical Education and Sports practice, one of the tests that forms the final grade for the subject is the 200-meter run, which measures students’ endurance. The aim of this study is to test, evaluate, and compare the level of endurance among high school students. To achieve this goal, we studied a total of 98 boys aged 14-15, from the city of Burgas. We used three tests to assess the level of the motor skill under study. We measured the students’ endurance using the following tests: “200-meter run,” “600-meter run,” and “beep test.” The object of the study was the influence of the developed methodology for the complex development of motor qualities, and the subject was the changes in the manifestation of the quality under consideration. We processed the results of the testing using the statistical software SPSS v.25, subjecting them to a variation and comparative analysis.
