Abstract:

The article presents an analysis of Richard K. Morgan’s novel π΄π‘™π‘‘π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘’π‘‘ πΆπ‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘π‘œπ‘› with a focus on postmodern, neo-Gothic perspectives on death. More generally, it explores Gothic thanatology in the postmodern world. Attention is also drawn to the representations of death and technological survival in Morgan’s novel.
