Abstract:
Control is an essential part of the exercise of state power. The municipal council as a body of local self-government adopts, with its decisions, various administrative acts which, on a general basis, are subject to contestation. There are several types of council acts that, due to their legal nature, are not subject to control: internal acts, procedural acts, and political acts.
