On Some Issues about the Administrative Violations under Art. 218 b of the Bulgarian Criminal Code

Abstract:

This article focuses on the development of the institute of Art. 218 b of the Bulgarian Criminal Code over the years, on the prerequisites for its application, and on its application in general. The paper also analyzes the similarities and differences between crimes and administrative violations. The conclusion is drawn that the acts under Art. 218 b of the Criminal Code do not lose their criminal character and do not become administrative violations.
