Abstract:
The article examines the legal status and powers of the Energy and Water Regulatory
Commission related to the adoption of decisions on electricity prices, in particular decisions, regulating
the feed-in tariffs, the premium payments, and their connection with the price for obligations to the society.
Controversial case law is also discussed, as well as the legal and procedural reasons for it. Proposals are being
made for possible future measures to eliminate the problems discussed.
