Abstract:

This article analyzes the legal definition of individual administrative acts under the Planning and Development Act. The criteria for their formulation and separation by the legislator are examined, as well as the need to provide a definition for them under the special law. Attention is also paid to the distinctive characteristics that the acts under consideration reveal.
