Abstract:

The article discusses the question of the appointment and еntrusted of еxpert еxamination in penal procedure from the point of view of forensic tactics. In this regard, attention has been paid to the factual and procedural grounds for appointing еxpert еxamination, its purpose, types of еxpert еxamination, the procedural figure of the expert, and the probative value of the expert‘s statement in penal procedure.
