The future of AI application will require legalization of its potential limits of usage as well as further regulation of the areas of intersection of AI and other disciplines. In education, medicines and other humanitarian disciplines the application of AI should definitely include ethical aspects. New policies are required in both versions of treating AI systems as objects and as subjects. Regulations should focus on the AI “intelligence” and the so called “machine ethics” to avoid the possibility of bias, unfair judgement and lack of responsibility. A major debatable issue is whether regulations should/could precede or follow the technical advancement and its rapid transformation. It is however certain that unethical AI would create far more security risks as compared to ethical one. Another debatable area is whether human ethical principles should be the same as machine ethical principles. In that line, further thoughts are about the elements that should comprise the ethics of AI and whether AI could be educated as human beings are. Last but not least is whether AI is capable of outwitting its creators and manipulating ethics to avoid penalties/ applications of lessons learned?
