Резюме:
The effective management of educational resources in any university becomes a key driver for the university’s development and reduction of administrative burdens. Universities that rely on time-tested traditional technologies and do not adopt innovative digital technologies lag behind those that implement and use them. This lag can be observed in the type of electronic technologies adopted and used. This article will describe the experience gained from analysing, designing, implementing, and using an internal university electronic service for rescheduling academic activities. The study was conducted at the “Georgi Benkovski” Air Force Academy, covering a period of one year, divided into two phases before and after the introduction of a lesson rescheduling module.
