Abstract:
The present study was developed in connection with task 4.1.4. of the National Security and Defense Science Program for program site development and social media publicity. This research aims to explore the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to optimize distance learning, taking into account the new regulatory requirements in the European Union. The methodology includes a systematic literature review, a comparative analysis and a practical experiment with the implementation of an AI chatbot in the HELPSec.eu platform. The results reveal key benefits of AI in education, including personalized learning and improved data analysis, alongside challenges such as ethical considerations and privacy protection. User activity analysis showed that 42.58% of the more engaged users interacted with the AI tool.
