Abstract:
The accreditation of distance learning is granted based on the assessment of the proposed distance learning model. In line with national policies, not all universities can smoothly create their own model. Many succeed based on accumulated historical experience, while others have yet to take advantage of offering virtual higher education. This article will demonstrate an approach to creating a distance learning model based on analysis of best practices. The ultimate result will be useful as a roadmap for experts from distance learning centres who are in the process of creating their own distance learning model.
