On the Usage of Pronouns in Bulgarian Colloquial Speech

Abstract:

The paper presents some observations on the usage of pronouns in Bulgarian colloquial speech. The excerpted material is part of the archives of the Bulgarian Language Department at the Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski” and is also a part of a private archive of recordings. The main aim of the research is all the features of the pronouns to be examined and described in the process of their every-day use, as well as the modern tendencies about the changes, appeared during their development, and their complicated nature and importance within the structure of the grammatical system in every single language, too.
