Abstract:
The work examines the contribution of the Bulgarians, who studied in the University of Athens, to the political independence of Bulgaria, the cultural development, literature and science of the Balkan nations. It gives us information about the social life and activities of Ivan Seliminski, Konstantin Miladinov, Grigor Parlichev, Marko Balabanov, Meletius Zographski, Dimitar Slavidi who with their, to one or another extend, encyclopedic knowledge left a deep mark on the history of the 19th century.
