Abstract:

The report looks at the results of the process of globalization of international trade and economic relations. Some transitional opinions and evaluations from the application of illusory consciousness are indicated. Consideration is given to trends in the international economy and financial relationships resulting from agreements or the mutual exclusion of national and international elites in the decision-making process.
