Abstract:
Chatbots were created more than half a century ago and have been used in many ways since their invention. However, in recent years, their use in business has been dramatically increasing. Above all, this communication tool finds application in the field of customer service – in trade, insurance, banking and more. The benefits of these software solutions are undeniable – they allow constant use from anywhere on the Earth, provide accurate information to users, help resolve complex situations, and more thus becoming reliable assistants for managers as well. In the field of management, their application is constantly expanding. Essential features are displayed, chatbot types are specified, and some of the benefits of using them are outlined. The development examines some of the most common chatbot applications in contemporary human resource management in its elements such as recruitment, appraisal, training, etc. Emphasis is placed on their role in building an employer brand. Specific solutions are outlined, highlighting the benefits of using chatbots from one of the leading HR companies in Bulgaria.
