Abstract:

The specifics of the objects of socio-economic forecasting give rise to some peculiarities, such as the complexity of the studied systems, the chaotic development, not only in terms of the systems but also in their environment. The basis of such tendencies are mainly the growth of scientific and technical development and one peculiarity of modern organizations – the inertia of socio-economic processes. As a consequence of the presented inconsistency, a general tendency to complicate and bureaucratize the management structures is emerging. Overcoming such problems is sought in using the opportunities offered by information technology management. They are considered to have an inexhaustible reserve of options. However, this most often leads to an expansion and complication of the management system and to an increase in the instability of the management entity. Moreover, it is also impossible or economically inappropriate to successfully overcome these problems within the management framework.
