The article presents a representative research of the marketing activities of enterprises from Veliko Tarnovo, working in the field of trade. They have specific marketing tools. Indicators such as main market, segmentation criteria, presence of marketing department in the organizational structure, life cycle method, product levels, pricing methods, price elasticity of company products, commitment to common marketing systems, types of advertising are presented.
