Abstract:
This study presents some manifestations of digitalization in the supply and consumption of tourism products and services. Important digital tourism platforms have been presented and a brief presentation of the results of a survey by an international company working in the field of digitalization and digitization regarding the level of digitalization of Bulgarian enterprises is presented. Identified and summarized part of the challenges that accompany the process of digitization in tourism.
