Abstract:
We live in a time of globalization, a time of incredibly developed mutual competition, a time of rapid technical and technological change in which in order for an organization to survive it is necessary to adapt to such changes, and it can achieve this by forming effective teams that will quickly they deal with all the challenges they have inside and they bring from outside. In this paper we present whether the profile of managers affects the efficiency of the organization and whether they successfully deal with mobbing, without it or through it there is mobbing among employees in the organization. When there is mobbing of employees in the management of the organization it leads to an unfavourable working climate and negative effects of the work, and can grow into a conflict. In contrast, when there is no mobbing, and there is mutual communication and motivation of all employees, it results in a favourable working climate, good interpersonal relationships and greater efficiency and effectiveness in work.
