Abstract:
The creation of models and approaches is a leading topic in determining attitudes and creating strategies for tourism development, in which the main actors are tourists. This report attempts to present general and specialized approaches to the study of consumer behavior by reviewing part of the scientific literature on this topic. The models in tourism are considered to be insufficient empirical research due to the nature and dynamics of the industry, but that the topic is important for its development.
