Abstract:
Nowadays, when the competition in the market is very fierce, the products are diverse and the competitors are exhausted with the means to gain advantages, the role of the media is extremely important. Important information is transmitted through communication channels, without which it would not be possible to even understand the existence of a product. The role of information technology and information in general is growing, so the means of communication are considered very important for communication policy. Drawing up a media policy and a media plan is an important part of the communication policy and without them any other action by the company is unthinkable. The purpose of the report is to clarify the importance and role of media policy for the development and success of a company, as well as for achieving its goal, on the one hand to make a profit and on the other hand, to meet the needs of the consumer.
