Abstract:

This article discusses hybrid teams as an alternative to traditional and virtual ones. Attention is drawn to the meaning and types of hybrid teams, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the identified weaknesses of the hybrid rhythm of work, advices are formulated for hybrid team leaders to follow in order to deal with difficulties that may arise.
