Abstract:

The article examines the trade credit’s importance for company management. The purpose is to clarify the essence of the trade credit and to analyze its advantages and disadvantages in the daily operational activities of enterprises. It also aims to reveal opportunities for business development and growth through the use and provision of the deferred payments. The possibilities and perspectives offered by this type of credit, both for creditors and debtors, are ехplored in the context of Bulgaria.
