State of the Digitalization Level in Banking

Abstract:

This study aims to track the level of digital transformation in banking. The indicators for assessing digitalization are studied. In addition, an empirical study by Deloitte is examined, which is the largest of its kind related to measuring the digital maturity of banks worldwide. Also, the maturity of digital products and services offered by the banks participating in the study is evaluated. Finally, conclusions are drawn on the level of digitalization in Bulgaria.
