Abstract:
Organizational training is the process of creating, preserving and transferring knowledge in an organization. The latter improves over time as it gains experience, which is transformed into knowledge. This knowledge is broad and covers any topic that can improve the organization. Organizational training is a relatively new field of academic research and professional practice. In recent years, explanatory theoretical models of the phenomenon have been proposed by various disciplines.
