Abstract:
In the article the Eastern and South-Slavonic anthroponymic parallels (deappellative nicknames, family names and surnames) derived from common Slavonic stems with identical or similar structures are analyzed. Special attention is paid on phonetically modified forms. The majority of analyzed items are motivated by appellatives, which are examined as genetically Slavonic archaic lexemes.
