Abstract:
The article studies the issue of personality formation which takes place in certain geographic, climactic, economic, social and historical conditions with the prevailing influence of social structures and traditions. The religious text proves to be of greatest influence in this process. In the Christian and Muslim religions it is a source of moral role models and examples for imitation.
