Krali Marco in Bulgarian toponymy

Abstract:

The work considers various toponyms (oronyms, hydronyms etc.) that are tied to the Bulgarian tradition for the legendary historical figure Marco Marnyamchevich who received great popularity mostly under the name Krali Marko. For the purposes of the study the author has taken into consideration number of toponymic writings, travelogues, historical essays, Internet resourses etc.
