Abstract:

The article is devoted to the study of the organization of onomastic space in the prose by modern Belarusian authors writing in Russian. The specificity of name using process in each idiostyle is defined. It’s proved that anthroponimic vocabulary using by each author is represented by different types of onyms existing between real and fictional names. There are common tendencies (the prevalence of the onyms of a real name system, the use of prominent names) and differences (the availability of “transparent” names, fictonyms, “half-real” names) in the organization of the anthroponimic space in different idiostyles. All this helps us to conclude that each author has his own original manner of character’s name choosing.
