Abstract:
The agronyms are toponymic names for farm land. In the Bulgarian toponymy of Bessarabia, which is presently in Moldova and Ukraine, we can find agronyms motivated by the names of varieties of vines whose names were brought there after the emigrant movement of the Bulgarians mainly in the beginning and the middle of the 19th century.
Keywords:
agronyms, vine, Bulgarian colonies, vine-growers, fruit-growers, gardeners
