Резюме:

The article studies and analyzes the attitudes of future teachers toward active involvement in sports and volunteering activities. Various motivational aspects, benefits, and obstacles to participation have been identified among a representative sample of students from the Faculty of Education at Trakia University. The results show a positive attitude toward sports and volunteering but also a certain discrepancy between their attitudes and behavior. This suggests the initiation of targeted activities for organized support and motivational efforts in attracting students to sports activities and volunteering initiatives.
