Abstract:

In the theory and practice of pedagogical research, it is known that the questionnaire is one of the methods in which the highest levels of subjectivity can be observed. For that reason, increasing data objectivity of that method has always been a relevant issue. This article is focused on the form of questionnaire in which respondents write their answers themselves without the contribution of an interviewer. The information of the theoretical sources is discussed and completed with observations and practical experience of the author. In addition, the paper outlines some hypothe- 12 ses for improving the process of implementation of the questionnaire method in pedagogical research. Possible ways of reducing data subjectivity are also commented upon.
