Abstract:
Preschool age is crucial for the formation of values and development of value-oriented behavior. The teacher nurtures kindness and empathy in children, the manifestation of mutual respect, understanding and cooperation, awareness of one‘s own emotional state and recognition of other people’s emotions. The education of children is aimed at inclusion of universal human values. This article emphasizes the emerging need to affirm truths related to national traditions concerning values and culture that accompany children‘s growth. They have numerous manifestations in education, training, and upbringing. The attention of modern educators should be focused not only on the methodological side of education but also on the ontological one. In education, values are built in harmony with the diversity of social messages about the world. Therefore, children need to acquire the correct ideas and skills for successful interactions, cooperation and empathy. Preschool age in children is a period of development that provides an opportunity for meaningful enrichment through joint activities encompassing any cognitive content. In this direction, fostering pedagogical communication is also accepted as a means of enriching preschool children’s 20 rR knowledge and understanding, as well as enabling them to enhance their cognitive potential and development, without depriving them of childhood.
