Abstract:
This study analyzes the foundational concepts of integrative approaches in early childhood education and their influence on the professional training of educators. A systematic literature review and comparative analysis were conducted to identify key theoretical frameworks and practical models in the field. Special emphasis is placed on the role of multidisciplinary knowledge, reflective competencies, and the connection between theory and practice. The study presents examples of several core models, highlighting their significance for the preparation of future educators. The conclusions outline the need for a comprehensive restructuring of curricula considering contemporary challenges. The recommendations address the necessity for interdisciplinary training and the development of reflective practices in professional education.
