Propaganda and History in the time of Khan Krum

Abstract:
The paper present some moments of the political ideology of the Bulgarian state in firs half of 9th century. According to the author‘s view khan Krum in his early years was connected with the Byzantine scholars and intellectuals. Thanks to them he learned Greek language and history of ancient Greece. Khan Krum used ancient characters with a propaganda intentions for educated Byzantines. That is a part of political idea about the capture of Constantinople and the rise of new Bulgarian empire.
