Abstract:
In this paper I will discuss the Polish historiography from 20 century dedicated to the campaigns of Vladislav Varnenchik (1443–1444). It is not possible to be found all publications about the topic, because they are too many, so the author presents the most important monographs, conference proceedings, articles and studies. It is obviously that the topic is well represented and exactly the polish historiography of 20th century wrote one of the most significant researches. This is normal, because Vladislav III Yagiellonchik is primarily a Polish ruler. In my opinion, the Bulgarian and Polish historians have given the most significant contribution in the development of problems.
