Abstract:

The theme of the People’s Court was widely linked with the question of the role of propaganda in the process, and even just before shaping more folders with cases of defendants when the press has already appeared multiple crushing the old regime and its most prominent representatives materials. The link between the courtroom and noisy Posters of the misconduct of the defendant is easy to follow through print publications from the period 1944-1945. The purpose of this article is to demonstrate the correlation between propaganda and the People’s Court in Ruse. As specific research represents a fragment of a dissertation concerning the People’s Court in Ruse, the examples are presented in the text are predominant focus on related Ruse newspaper Danube Fatherland Front.
