Experience comparability of politicosocial relations of the Republic of Cyprus and Bulgaria

Abstract:

Mutual understanding is that integration into European structures is the best guarantee for the sovereignty of each country. The main challenges in bilateral relations are related to updating the contractual-legal base in the context of the new framework - EU and here-use of the new opportunities that it opens. For example, to compare living standards in Bulgaria and Cyprus, using the results of calculations and calculations apply only to certain sub-indices related to the Human Development Index (HDI). In 2010, the EC report introduces adjusted HDI inequality (IHDI), through which we calculated some comparable parameters. The comparison shows that at an index of education Bulgaria has higher values than Cyprus. To the period 2000 - 2005 and in Bulgaria the level of education have higher growth rates, but then the rate at which increases this indicator decreased.
