Abstract:
The Christianization of Bulgaria is an event, which evokes the interest of not only the medieval literary tradition, but also that of modern and contemporary historiography. The Boil revolt is one of these problems, which are still controversial. The present paper presents a different viewpoint towards this major event in the history of Medieval Bulgaria.
