Abstract:

After the session of the Croatian Parliament on the 28th October 1918, conditions appeared for the establishment of cooperation politics with Kingdom of Serbia. This politics was realized by the National Council, whom the Croation Parliament has given legitimate rights. In the course of time, the politics of cooperation developed into a union leading to the establishment of Kingdom of Croats, Serbs and Slovenians on the 1st of December 1918 in Belgrad.
