This paper dwells on the analysis of the issued municipal bond in Bulgaria after 2009 in the context of the development of the US and European municipal bond market. The accent is on the comparative study on the Romanian municipal bond market. On this basis are defined the main problems that block establishment of the municipal bond segment in the Bulgarian capital market and are outlined directions for its development.

Резюме:

The construction designing is the first step in looking for potential options for declining the cost price of construction output. A management strategy and a possible cost reduction should be provided at the project development stage. A quality project can guarantee optimal cost price of construction output and can create conditions for the implementation of advanced technological and organizational methods by the construction companies. In this sense, good designing is regarded as a prerequisite for future reduction of the costs of the construction works.
