The aim of the paper is to analyse the changes in the dynamics of Bulgarian international trade before and after EU accession. To achieve this it studies the main trends in the dynamics of the value and volume of trade flows, the openness of the economy, the value and share of trade with other EU member states and third countries and the terms of trade.

Risk management is a continuous process of identifying, evaluating and monitoring the various types of risks that may affect the achievement of strategic and operational objectives in an enterprise. As a result, standards have been developed to formalize the risk management process. They cover common guidelines for risk management, terminology, requirements and tools and address different aspects of the activity. Knowing the good practices for their implementation, businesses will be able to choose the appropriate standards for them.
