As practice shows, the behavioral styles of participants in organizational conflict largely determine the process of its development and its consequences. Often organizational conflicts arise due to inconsistency. As a result, it is necessary to organize the work process so that everyone is busy at work, has the necessary powers, bears the responsibility specifically assigned to him, knows the objectives and the tasks, the rights and the obligations to receive Reliable and timely information in any real manufacturing situation.

In the past twenty years the airline distribution marked notable changes. The indirect distribution channels through travel agencies are replaced considerably by the direct channels /airlines websites/. The digital transformation in the air transport industry and in the tourism sector marks a new era. It places a new distribution model, applying the resources of social media and the artificial intellect. All these changes lead to transformation of the marketing approaches and the application of Marketing 4.0. Marketing 4.0 is the marketing of big data. All the information that could be collected by the suppliers and the distributers through different online channels leads to the development of new distribution standards. One of the newest is the IATA’s NDC /New Distribution Capability/ standard. Based on these changes in the business reality in tourism and passengers air transport, the main goal of the paper is to outline the trends in the distribution models and standards in tourism air transport.
