Резюме:
Consumer satisfaction research is related to proving the competitiveness of a company on the market and the degree of compliance of its products with customer requirements. The profitableness of the latter increases in the time during which they are customers and when they buy more they recommend others to use the products and services concerned. For a company, it is more effective, from an economic point of view, to keep the existing customers than to attract new ones. But it is a very difficult process because consumers demand goods and services that match their personal needs. Most customers buy goods and services of different trademarks and those that are 100% loyal to a trademark are few in number. The purpose of this paper is to prove that even loyal consumers need special treatment in order to continue to be customers of a company.
