Leadership in itself is not an easy task, especially in the 21st century, when technology is developing every day and people have much more requirements and expectations to the leaders. But what happens in times of crisis? That is when leadership comes to the rescue because in these moments people need someone to rely on, to make decisions and to take responsibility. In this paper we propose basic principles that leaders can follow during a crisis in order to deal with it more affectivity. We will also look at leadership styles that can be used at crisis as well as ways we can inspire our followers.
