Employees are the key element in the organization. They are the driving force in the itno matter in which level of management they are positioned, whether they are executives, managers or personnel. In order the organizational goals to be achieved, employees must exchange information within and its environment, i.e. they have to communicate. The communication plays very important role nowadays we live in age of globalization, where big competition exists and rapid technological changes are happening. In order to survive, the organization has to adapt to these changes, and this can be done by forming effective teams that will quickly respond to all challenges.
