Резюме:


The aim is to create a model of organizational structure of market-oriented board, cluster and others organizations in beekeeping in Ruse region. The design of the organizational structure of an organization of regional beekeeping, requires it to be considered as a set of interconnected processes, rather than as a set of separate functional units, which leads to the formation of horizontal and hybrid organizational structures. Marketing has a leading role in designing the organizational structure of a market-oriented organization of beekeeping in Rousse. A model of organizational structure has been created, including a functional marketing management centre, which horizontally coordinates the network of independent divisions – producers and branch organizations, providers of innovation and financial services, central and local government bodies, processors, traders and consumers, in order to achieve market competitiveness.
